false statements were allegedly
made in the Small Causes Court
leading to consent terms therein,
although the allegations are
denied by reply. If any such
consent terms are obtained, it is
for the aggrieved party to get
them set aside by taking
appropriate proceedings. We do
not find that there is any case
for contempt. Petition is
dismissed.
