1. Heard the advocate for the applicants.

This is an application for bringing the Legal
heirs of original appellant No.1, who is died
after filing the appeal, on record. Application
is served upon the respondents. Nobody is
present for them. No reply is filed. Delay has
been satisfactorily explained. No dispute is
raised that the applicants are the legal heirs of
the deceased appellant. Hence the application is
allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two
weeks from today. Put up the matter for
admission thereafter.
