rejected by the Additional Registrar, then the
matter came before Justice Oka. He passed an order
on 11.3.2005 granting last chance for removal of
office objections and ordered therein if the office
objections are not removed within the stipulated
period, the appeal will stand dismissed and the
order of the Additional Registrar will stand as it
is.
2. Office objections are not removed. Counsel
for the appellant is praying for extension of time.
This is a case of total negligence and carelessness.
Time cannot be extended. Application is dismissed.
