. This is an application for fixing
the date of final hearing of the second
appeal. The matter is of the year 2004.
It is submitted that the appellant is 80
years old and therefore, matter be listed
at the earliest for final hearing.
However, it is to be noted that several
similar matters are pending adjudication
and therefore, it is not possible to fix
the date for final hearing at this stage.
Hence the application stands dismissed,
however, with liberty to move the court
: 2 :
for same prayer after six months.
