 1. Heard Mr.Gangal, learned Counsel for the

 Appellant wife. By this application the Appellant has
 prayed that the decree of dissolution of marriage be
 stayed. Further it is prayed that the amount of
 interim alimony fixed at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per
 month be enhanced to Rs.1,50,000/- per month. However,

 Mr. Gangal, after arguing the matter for some time

 submitted that the Appellant is ready to accept
 Rs.15,000/- as interim alimony during the pendency of
 this appeal. The learned Counsel for the Respondent
 submitted that he has no objection to pay the amount of
 Rs.15,000/- by way of interim alimonry since it was
 granted during the pendency of the application before
 the Family Court after having contested before the High

 Court. Therefore, we pass the following order:

 ORDER

 1. The decree of dissolution of marriage
 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

 2. The interim alimony during the pendency
 of this appeal is directed to be paid by the
 Respondent husband at the rate of Rs.15,000/-
 per month. The claim of enhancing the alimony
 is hereby rejected.

 3. The Respondent shall pay the arrears of
 maintenance from the date of the Appeal. The
 Respondent to pay the monthly alimony regularly
 on or before 10th of every month in the Bank
 account of the Appellant wife. The Appellant
 wife to furnish the account number to the
 Appellant husband. All the arrears from the
 date of filing of appeal till this date shall
 be deposited within six weeks from today and
 accordingly the learned counsel makes statement
 that it will be paid.
