. This application is for cancellation of
bail. However, during the pendency of this
application, parties have amicably resolved all
the differences and have arrived at out of Court
settlement, which will bring quietus to all the
proceedings pending inter se. Consent terms have
been drawn by the parties which have been duly
signed by the Advocates, as well as the Applicant

and Respondents Nos. 2 and 4. The Applicant as
well as Respondents Nos.2 and 4 are personally
present in Court. They have accepted the
contents of the consent terms tendered across the
Bar as correct and the Respondents Nos.2 and 4
have given oral undertaking, in addition to the
assurance given in the consent terms to comply
with their obligations as noted therein. That
assurance is accepted. Consent terms are taken
on record.
. This application is disposed of on the
basis of consent terms reached by the parties.
The parties agree that the matrimonial
proceedings will be taken to its logical end on
the basis of terms incorporated in the consent
terms tendered before this Court by taking out
joint application for that purpose. The
Applicant assures through her Counsel that the
Applicant shall not precipitate the criminal
action pending against the Respondents Nos.2 to 4
and will have no objection if the said
proceedings were to be quashed, subject to
compliance by the Respondents Nos.2 and 4, of the
undertaking given in the consent terms. That

of on the above terms.
