the present appeal arises out of ad-interim order
passed in the notice of motion No.2008 of 1995 in
Suit No.2648 of 1995. She further submits that
subsequent to the impugned order, the notice of
motion No.2008 of 1995 itself has been disposed of.
In view thereof, the present appeal has become
infructuous and it appears that because of that
reason nobody is appearing for the appellant.
2. The appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No
costs.
