1. Both the parties have arrived at a following
concesual order that the defendant to pay to the
plaintiff for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in three equal
monthly instalment commencing from 1.9.2005 and
payable on first of each succeeding month.. On
receipt of the said amount of Rs.1,50,000/- the
plaintiff will accept the same in full and final
satisfaction of all his claims pertaining to Suit
No. 1376 of 1979. In an event of any one default
the defendant will be entitled to execute the decree
for the same. Suit disposed off accordingly.
Refund of court fees accordingly.
