We have carefully perused the order passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.4156 of 2002 and 4157 of 2002 (Maharashtra Ekta Hawkers Union & Anr. Vs. Municipal Corporation, Greater Mumbai & Ors) on 30th July 2004. In view of this judgment of the apex Court, in our opinion, this petition cannot be entertained. The petition is accordingly disposed of. However, the petitioner would get liberty to intervene in Civil Appeal Nos.4156 of 2002 and 4157 of 2002, (Maharashtra Ekta Hawkers
Union & Anr. Vs. Municipal Corporation, Greater Mumbai & Ors.)
so advised.
