 . Heard Mr.Kankaria, learned counsel for the
 petitioner.

 2. Mr.Kankaria, learned counsel for the
 petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ
 petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an
 application seeking appropriate reliefs before the
 trial court in the event gram panchayat makes an
 attempt to raise any construction on the suit
 property. The writ petition is allowed to be
 withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. If such
 application is filed by the petitioner, same may be
 considered on merits in accordance with law. While

 granting the liberty I shall not be understood to
 have examined merits of the case. The hearing of
 the suit is expedited.
