 . Heard Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the
 petitioner.

 petitioner, on instructions, states that he is not
 pressing this writ petition and the petitioner will
 be satisfied if Regular Civil Suit No.21 of 1987 is
 expedited. He further submits that the petitioner
 be given liberty to move the concerned authorities
 for appropriate relief as and when the civil suit
 filed by the petitioner is disposed of. I perused
 the impugned order dated 22.8.2000 and in
 particular paragraphs 4 and 5 thereof and other

 material placed before me. I am satisfied that the
 following order shall meet the ends of justice:

 (a) The learned Civil Judge to decide regular
 civil suit No.21 of 1987 filed by the petitioner on
 merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as
 possible and preferrably within a period of nine
 months from the date of receipt of this order.

 (b) The order impugned in the instant writ
 petition would be subject to outcome of regular
 civil suit No.21 of 1987.

¶17

 (c) It is open for the parties to approach the
 concerned authorities after disposal of the suit
 for appropriate reliefs.

¶18

 . The petitioner to communicate this order to
 the civil court and the revenue authorities, who
 passed the order impugned in the instant writ
 petition, within four weeks from today.

 . The petition is disposed of.
