1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Parties
are present in Court.
2. The dispute in the instant writ petition was
referred for conciliation to Mr R.A.Dada, a senior
advocate practicing before this Court and Mr Firdosh
Karachiwala, also an advocate practicing before this
Court. The learned counsel for the parties state that
with the intervention and efforts of the conciliators,
the parties have arrived at the terms of settlement.
They placed on record the terms of settlement along with
the undertakings of Abhay Arun Janib and Mrs Vaishali
Arun Janib on record. The Terms of Settlement are
marked "X" for identification. The undertakings of
Abhay Arun Janib and Mrs Vaishali Arun Janib are marked
X-I and X-II for identification. The undertakings are
accepted. Mr. Jamdar, learned counsel for the
petitioner, also placed on record a zerox copy of the
receipt of Rs. Five lacs paid in pursuance of the
settlement. The zerox copy of the receipt is marked
X-III for identification. The writ petition stands
disposed of in the terms of settlement duly signed by
the parties and their advocates on record.
3. Let me place on record a word of appreciation of the
efforts made by the conciliators for settling the
dispute between the parties in the present petition.
. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order
which may be made available to the parties.
