The petitioner who is a resident of Nandiya, Dist. Junagadh, State of Gujarat, has filed this petition with a prayer that an error has been committed by the Regional Passport Office, Mumbai, in entering the date of birth as 5th October, 1952 in stead of 5th October, 1953. The prayer is that respondents be directed to correct the error.
