. The petitioners are seeking release of the
security furnished by them pursuant to the order dated
20th August, 2003. By order dated 11th August, 2004,
this court (Coram:-D.K.Deshmukh,J.), has set aside the
Award passed by the Arbitrator. In view therof, the
petitioners now pray that the security furnished by
them be released. Learned Advocate for the Respondent
has no objection. Hence, security furnished by the
petitioners to stand released.
