 . Heard counsel for the parties. Perused the
 record.

 2. Perused the statement of Dilip Garud, Shamlal

¶13

 Pawar, Mahendra Pawar as well as Anusaya Pawar, who
 are independent witnesses; besides, the statement of
 constable Pawar, who is brother of the Applicant and
 the complainant himself. It is not possible to accede
 to the arguments canvassed before this court that
 there is no material whatsoever on record to connect
 the applicant with the commission of crime. All these
 witnesses have stated that the applicant took away the
 child from the complainant and thereafter the child

 was reported to be dead. In the circumstances, no
 case for bail. I am in agreement with the conclusion
 reached by the court below while rejecting the bail
 application. Hence dismissed.

 3. The trial court is however, directed to
 expedite the hearing of the trial. The concerned
 District Judge to assign the case to the fast track

¶17

 court to ensure early disposal.

 4. Order accordingly.
