 . Heard Counsel for the parties. It is fairly
 accepted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that
 investigation in so far as the present applicant is
 concerned is already complete. If it is so, having
 regard to the nature of the charge against the
 applicant, the applicant deserves to be enlarged on
 bail. Applying the principles enunciated by the Apex
 Court in the case of Ashok Dhingra v/s. N.C.T. of
Delhi reported in 2001 SCC (Cri) 641, the applicant is
 released on bail on the following conditions:

 i) The applicant shall furnish personal
 bond and two sureties in the amount of
 Rs.15,000/- each in connection with C.R.
 No.I/182/2004 registered with the Manikpur

 Police Station during the pendency of the trial.

¶15

 ii) The applicant shall not influence any
 prosecution witness or attempt to tamper with
 the prosecution evidence during the pendency of
 the trial.

 iii) The applicant shall report to Manikpur
 Police Station once a fortnight on Saturday
 between 11 am and 4 pm or on such other dates
 and time as may be required by the concerned
 police station.

 iv) The applicant shall not leave the
 jurisdiction of the Manikpur Police Station
 without prior intimation of his proposed journey

 to the concerned police station.

¶19

 2. Application allowed on the above conditions.
