The properties at Serial No. 5 to 7 are pressed for release by appellant Thiru S.K. Karthikeyan on the ground that property at Serial No. 5 is in the name of his father late Shri S.K. Kalidasan. The mutation of this property is not affected till date and his father has not left behind any WILL qua this property. Being LRs, appellant is the owner of this property, along with his brother and sister.

As other LRs are not impleaded by the appellant, as the necessary party in the present case, he is directed to clarify his locus standi and reason not impleading the other LRs. He is also directed to file the ownership proof qua this property, in the name of his father Shri S.K. Kalidasan.

The ownership proof of property at Serial No. 6 & 7 are also not filed by the Appellant, though these two properties are stated to be mortgaged with Tamilnad Mercantile Bank. He is directed to file the ownership proof qua these two properties.
