Ld. Counsel for the appellant submitted that these two cases are connected as both the cases were initiated on the basis of same FIR. He further submitted that the CBI Court has passed an order confiscating the properties in question, and, therefore, the attachment proceedings have become infructuous. He submits that he will file application within four weeks with a copy to the other side, bringing these facts on record. Let the needful be done within weeks with a copy to the Ld. Counsel for the respondent who shall be at liberty to file their reply to the same within four weeks thereafter.
