The learned counsel for the Respondent is seeking four weeks time to file the reply to the Intervention application which is not objected. Let the same be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to be served on the other side.
The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is yet to receive the copy of the intervener’s (HDFC Bank) application and he may be served with the copy of the same to which the learned counsel for the Intervener’s Bank has agreed to supply within one week. The learned counsel for the appellant has sought four weeks time to file the reply to the application. The same is granted. Let the reply to the application be filed within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the application.
