The present appeal has been filed under section 26 of the PML Act 2002 against the order dated 08^th August, 2017 passed by the Adjudicating Authority in O.C. no. 759/2017.

Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

Alongiwith the appeal an application for stay of the impugned order has been filed. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that no notice u/s 8(4) has been received by the appellant. As and when if any

notice u/s 8(4) is issued, the appellant may be granted liberty to press the impugned order at this stage.

In these circumstances, in case any notice is issued to the appellant, a copy of the same also be sent to the counsel for the appellant so that he may press the interim order at this stage. Such prayer of the appellant would be considered on merit.

In the meantime, reply to the application be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter.
