The above mentioned applications have been filed by the applicants/appellants for urgent hearing of the execution applications filed alongwith urgent applications, on the grounds mentioned therein. FPA-PMLA-751-755, 673, 747 & 672/DLI/2014 Page 2 of 3

Considering the grounds mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed by taking up the execution applications for hearing today i.e. 07.12.2020. The urgent applications are accordingly disposed of.

The present applications have been filed by the appellant/applicant under section 35(3) of PMLA r/w section 38, 51(1) (a) and Order 21 Rules 10, 11 and 31 of CPC seeking execution of the final order and judgment dated 26.07.2019 passed by this Hon’ble Tribunal.

Upon hearing, issue notice. Mr. Mohd. Faraz, ld. counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks four weeks time to file the reply. Considered and allowed. Let the replies to the execution applications be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellants.
