The present applications have been filed by appellants/applicants for seeking directions to release the attached properties to the applicants/appellants, on the grounds stated therein, till the disposal of the appeals.

Heard both sides. Issue notice. Mr. Vikas Garg, ld. Counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submitted that he has enquired from the Enforcement Directorate that the copy of the applications and annexures have not been served. On the other hand, the ld. Counsel for the appellants submitted that the copy of the applications with annexures have been served in the office of the Enforcement Directorate, New Delhi. However, the ld. Counsel for the applicants has agreed to supply the soft copy of the applications with annexures through e-mail during the course of the day. The ld. Counsel for the respondent seeks six weeks time to file the replies to the applications, which is not objected. Let the same be filed within six weeks with advance copies to the other sides.

During the course of hearing, the ld. Counsel for the respondent drew the attention of this Tribunal to the order dated 15.10.2019 and submitted that the appellants have filed applications for hearing of the appeals by Division Bench of the Tribunal and pending the said applications, the applicants cannot ask this bench presided by single member to hear the present applications.

The respondent may raised this issue at relevant point of time.

With the consent of both the parties, list the applications on 13^th January, 2021, when the appeals are listed.
