Learned counsels for both the parties are present. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that he has filed one application through email on 05.09.2020 seeking adjournment of the appeal for today on the grounds stated therein. He further submitted that the said application has become infructuous in view of the fact that he had prayed to take up the matter once the physical hearing is taken up. Today it is orally submitted by him that he will argue the matter on any date to be fixed by this Tribunal. He further submitted that he has moved to Hon’ble High Court of Patna to extend the period to dispose the appeal vide application No. EC-BRHC99-15258-2020 E-file dated 01.09.2020.
