Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has received copy of the reply filed by the respondent and seeks some time to file the rejoinder. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the respondent state that there is only one appeal filed whereas there are three appellants and hence two more appeals have to be filed.

The appellant may file two more appeals as per the laid down procedure within a fortnight’s time. They may also file the rejoinder within that time. In case, they file fresh appeals, ten days time is given to the respondent to file the reply and another one week thereafter to the appellant to file the rejoinders.
