It is pointed out by the learned senior counsel for the respondent in the aforesaid matters that these matters are supposed to be listed today because of the dates fixed for hearing vide order dated 18.03.2020. But the same did not appear in the Cause List today. The Registry is directed to issue Supplementary Cause List and list these matters. The same may be listed.

In the given circumstances, the appeals are adjourned to 14^th January, 2021.
