All the appellants in the above said matter have been discharged by the order dated 8th August, 2017 passed by the ACMM, Patiala Court. The counsel for the respondent states that he would verify from the department as to whether any appeal against discharged order has been filed or not.
We have also been informed that the Writ Petition filed by the appellant before Hon’ble Madras High Court is still pending. The appellant will inform the status of the said petition by the next date.
Due to oversight, the appearance of Mr. Matta on behalf of the respondent was not mentioned in the last order.
