It is stated by the counsel that the appellant is not charge sheeted under the scheduled offence or in section 45 of PMLA or even in the supplementary complaint. It is stated by him that 90 days has already been expired. Mr. Matta, seeks time to verify the position. Mr. Matta, states that proceedings are relating to the attached property only and proceeding qua those property are still sub-judice. In view of the above, list for remaining arguments on 21^st August, 2019. Written synopsis be filed by Mr. Matta within three weeks.
