Urgent application has been mentioned before us. The appeal is being heard. The next date of hearing in the appeal is 27th November, 2018. Copy of this application has been served on the other side. On the basis of old notice dated 21st July, 2015, the respondent’s officers have entered into the premises of the appellant in order to take the possession of the property. It is a matter of fact that after issuing the notice under Section 8(4) dated 21st July, 2015, this Tribunal on 09th March, 2016 has passed

the interim order which is continuing from time to time. We reiterate that the operation of notice under Section 8(4) shall remain stayed during the pendency of appeal. MP 5154/2018 is disposed of.
