There appears to be some delay in filing of the appeal and the dates are not very clear from the O.C. It is, therefore, desirable that the Original Records are called from the Adjudicating Authority. The Adjudicating Authority, New Delhi is directed to send the Original Record to the Registry to this Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today.
