The learned counsels for both the parties are present. It is seen from the order dated 8^th April, 2019, that the direction was given to the respondent to write a letter to the Revenue Department, Andhra Pradesh to inform about the factual position. It is contended by the appellant that no such letter has yet been issued to the Revenue Department. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to verify the position. The respondent is again directed to comply the order dated 8^th April, 2019. The concerned revenue authorities of both i.e. Andhra Pradesh & Telangana be informed about the latest position of this appeal and to remove the property from the prohibited list. If the same is not complied, the I.O. is to remain present on the next date.
