The appeal is coming up for final disposals on 18th March, 2019. Fresh application has been filed. It is stated in the application as per the prescribed provisions of the Act 270 days are ended on 8th March, 2019 therefore, the appeal is disposed of prior to the said date. It is clarified that the relevant period of time from the date of ECIR till the final order is passed in the present case shall be excluded if the prayer of the appellant is allowed.
