The above mentioned appeals have been filed under Section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 2^nd May, 2019 passed in O.C. No. 106/2018. Issue notice to the respondent. Mr. Nitesh Rana, Advocate accepts that notice. He seeks time to file the reply.

Ld. Counsels appearing on behalf of the appellants are pressing for an interim order in view of the grounds raised in their respective appeals. We have gone through the grounds of appeal and material placed on record. We here also considered the impugned order passed against the appellant. After hearing, we are of the view that the appeals have made a good prima facie case in his favour and in case the interim order is not passed the appellant will suffer irreparable loss and injury. Till the next date the parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the attached properties. The appellants shall also not dispose of and interfere-with in any manner directly or indirectly till the next date.
