In para-2 of the reply it is stated that copy of the order dated 12th Mrach, 2018 passed by Adjudicating Authority has been sent to Mr. Kunal Garg as well as the counsel appearing on behalf of M/s. V.S. Healthcare. The counsel for the appellant states that the same counsel is not the counsel of M/s. V.S. Healthcare and no order served to Mr. Kunal Garg. Let the affidavit be filed by the appellant within two weeks. Counsel for the respondent is also filed the postal receipt about service of order to Mr. Kunal Garg.
