I have heard the application for Condonation of Delay. In similar matter, the delay has been condoned. In the present case also in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned subject to the cost of Rs.30,000/- which shall be paid by the appellant to the Counsel for the respondent. The reply to the appeal be filed within four weeks.
