The learned counsel for the appellant has argued the matter for some time. Retention order in the above said matter passed on 12th September, 2017. Counsel for the appellant states that the name of appellant is not arrayed in the FIR nor any prosecution complaint has been filed by the within the prescribed period of time from the date of retention order.. It is also stated by him that freezing property was purchased prior to the date of offence committed by the main accused.
