to the above mentioned appeals challenging the order dated 26^th June, 2018 passed in O.C. no. 890/2018.

It was indicated that the appellant Smt. Monica Maluka and Sh. Robinson Duggal have filed two applications for transfer of the appeals. The said appeals are pending in court no. 2.

Mr. Sharma States that the said appeals are coming up before court no. 2 on 7^th March, 2019. He also states that he has no objection if all the appeals be taken up by any of the bench.

We have compared the details of the properties attached, one of the property i.e. Flat no. 801, 8^th Floor, Versove Godavri CHS Plot No. RDP2, VER 14, Survey No. 120, Mahada Layout, Versova, Andheri (W), Mumbai-400053” is common. Certain facts are also common in both set of appeals.

Under these circumstance, let the transfer application filed in appeal no. 2496/MUM/2018 & 2497/MUM2018 be listed before Chairman (administrative side) for consideration on 7^th March, 2019.
