We have heard to counsel for both the parties. It is an admitted position that the ED has appropriated sum of Rs. 1,10,79,502/- from the A/c of M/s Maa Tara Agency, Muzaffarpur. The case of the ED is that they have to recover the balance of Rs. 35,40,498/- from the appellant. As far as the account is concerned, the said account is defreezed. The freezing of account by way of letter issued by the ED is set-aside. We may allow M/s Maa Tara Agency, Muzaffarpur to operate bank account w.e.f. 16^th January, 2019.
