Fresh application has been filed by the appellant for granting exemption to the appellant from filing the certified copy of the impugned order dated 04.12.2017 as well as exemption in the filing of the true typed copy of annexure in the facts and circumstances of the matter. Along with the application, the reason has also been filed in the application.
Right to file the reply by the respondent was closed vide this Tribunal order dated 04.12.2018. The learned counsel for the respondent requested that the reply be taken on record. In view of the averment made in the prayer which states that the reply could not be filed earlier. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that despite many opportunities to file the reply, the respondent has not filed the reply. The appeal to be decided on merit on account of the application.
