It is submitted that Smt. Asha Goel is the mother and the sole surviving class I legal heir to the estate of Late Sh. Aditya Goel. The prayer is made in the application for her substitution on record to represent the estate of the deceased appellant.
Along with the application, the second application has also been filed for Condonation of Delay in filing the application. Let the reply, if any, be filed within four weeks.
