The present appeal has been filed u/s 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act against the order dated 13.09.2017 passed by the Adjudicating Authority. Alongiwth the appeal an application u/s 482 of CrPC Act for condonation of 21 days delay in filing the appeal has been filed. The prayer made in the application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent. The fact of the above case is very peculiar. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not involved in the scheduled offence. The learned counsel for the appellant also submits that the appellant’s name is not in the FIR and ECIR. He is not chargesheeted in the scheduled offences or no other proceedings are pending under the PML Act.

Under these circumstances of the peculiar case, the valuable right of the appellant is involved in the appeal. The prayer made in the application is allowed. The application is accordingly disposed of.
