The learned counsel for both the sides are present. The matter is heard for some time. Reply is not on record. The registry is directed to trace out the same and placed in the record and if the same is not available another copy be provided to the registry by the respondent. It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent that one week time is required to file the status report with respect to the rent and occupation of the buildings which consists of ground plus four floors. Let copy of the said report be supplied to the learned counsel for the appellant within one week from the date of submission of the report. Liberty is granted to the appellant to file any objection to said report within two weeks thereafter. List the matter for hearing on 27^th February, 2020.
