the application for seeking alleged tainted money amounting to Rs. 1,10,00,000/- has been recovered by the ED from the account of appellant no. 1. In the application the following direction is sought by the appellant:-
(a) give directions to the ED to withdraw the directions of stay of sale of the Car and issue No Objection for sale of the car to the Pune, RTO.
