The counsel for the respondent has filed the valuation report of the vehicle which would show the value of the vehicle is Rs. 20 lac. Mr. Atul Tripathi, Advocate states that the I.O is also present. We direct the I.O. to move the application before the special court to auction the property within two weeks from today. Mr. Lalit Kumar Garg, father of Mr. Mohit Garg, Appellant states that the copy of the application may be served to him so that they may participate in the present proceedings. The said issue be decided by the Special Court. The ED is directed to file the application within two weeks before the special court.
