In the present case, the respondent has filed an application for enhancing the use and occupation charges deposited by the appellant.
The counsel for the appellant states that one of the property has been vacated in the year 2017 as far as other property is concerned, he submits that the appellant is receiving only 55,000/- monthly rent, however appellant is paying EMI towards the loan taken by the bank as well as TDS.
Let the documents with documentary proof be filed within four weeks.
