The appellant is to file the copy of the rent deed/lease deed within two weeks. Reply to the appeal has not been filed by the respondent. One final opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the respondent to file the same within four weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

List this appeal on 19^th March, 2018.

In the meanwhile, the respondent on receipt of the copy of the rent deed/lease deed, will verify the present market rent of the attached property and in case the same is more than the rent fixed by us, liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the respondent to move for modification of the interim order.
