Learned counsel for the appellant placed a copy of the High Court of Jharkhand order dated 13.05.2019 in the case of M/s. Quantum Power Tech Private Limited wherein the High Court has directed for not taking any coercive steps against the petitioner in connection with the ECIR 02/PAT/2009/AD pending in the court of Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVI-cum-Special Judge, PMLA, Ranchi and the order dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate which has been kept in abeyance. The learned counsel for the respondent stated that the original prosecution case was filed in the trial court long back and only the supplementary complaint has been filed on 17.07.2018 which is still pending in the trial court.
Learned counsel for the appellant may file an application giving all the details and the present status in each of the appeals, with a copy to the respondent within two weeks time. The respondent has liberty to file reply within the next two weeks.
