Shri Sudhanshu Prakash, Proxy Advocate appeared for Shri Shailesh Madiyal, Advocate for the appellant is present. Shri Atul Tripathi, Advocate is present on behalf of Shri Mohd. Faraz for the respondent. It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that as per the direction dated 19.07.2019, the appellant has already applied for the certified copies of the writ petitions as well as orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court in writ petition No. 13160/2017 and it is further submitted that in writ petition, the order is reserved. He is still to get the copies of the orders and writ petition. He has filed a copy of the writ petition today. The same is taken on record. He is seeking four weeks time to file the certified copies of the orders passed by Hon’ble High Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

On instruction, it is further contended by him that the writ petition is still pending and the interim order has been extended.
