Mr. Atul Tripathi, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent and accept the notice. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

passed the order in favour of the appellant. Photocopy of the order is filed by the appellant and same is taken on record. Therefore, he is not pressing any interim order at this stage. Liberty is granted to the appellant to move the application if necessary to press the interim order at any stage.
