1. FPA-PMLA-1567/COCHIN/2016
With regard to the FPA-PMLA-1567/COCHIN/2016, a stay order from Hon’ble High Court of Kerala dated 04.07.2019 has been submitted in court today which is valid up to one month. The learned counsel for the respondent states that there are two other properties pertaining to this appellant for which he will file a fresh application so that the same can be taken up on the next occasion.
2. FPA-PMLA-1572/COCHIN/2016
With regard to FPA-PMLA-1572/COCHIN/2016, the position does not seem to have been clarified by the respondent’s side. They seek some more time to go through the records and submit a clarification. This clarification may be filed within a period of two weeks with an advance copy to the appellant. The market rent would be fixed on the next date of hearing.
3. FPA-PMLA-1580/COCHIN/2016
The learned counsel for the appellant was directed to file an affidavit with the current status of the ownership of the property as well as the

The learned counsel for the appellant sought some more time. He will be served with a copy of the valuation report submitted by the ED and also submit his valuation report so that the issue of fixing of market rent could be taken up on the next occasion.
List on 22nd October, 2019, for fixation of market rent in the above appeals.
