Issue notice to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and he seeks time file the reply, reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that Eviction Notice dated 02.12.2016 has been received by the appellant. The appellant and her family are residing in the said property. He requests for interim protection pending order on the stay application. He is agreeable to file affidavit giving the status of the property in question alongwith relevant

details and photographs within four weeks from today for consideration of the stay application. Copy of the affidavit be supplied to the local office of the respondent as well as the counsel on record. Respondent may cause necessary verification before the next date of hearing. In the meanwhile the eviction Notice is stayed till the next date of hearing subject to the condition that the respondent shall not dispose of or create any third party in the said property in any manner whatsoever.
